Online Counselling & Psychotherapy
A confidential, professional space — delivered remotely

Online counselling provides a secure and accessible way to engage in therapy from your own home. Sessions take place via secure video (Zoom/ Phone) and are delivered to the same professional and ethical standards as in-person work.
This option suits people with busy schedules, those who value privacy, or anyone who prefers not to attend a clinic in person.
Online counselling is available to clients based in Ireland and internationally, subject to professional and regulatory requirements. This allows people living abroad, travelling frequently, or outside Ireland to access consistent therapeutic support.
Sessions move at a pace that feels manageable. There is no pressure to share more than feels right.
Counselling and psychotherapy are not about being fixed or judged. They are about being understood. The work focuses on exploring what is affecting you, how past and present experiences connect, and what may help you feel more grounded and resilient.
How Online Therapy Works
Sessions take place at an agreed time via secure video. You will need:
-
A private, quiet space
-
A stable internet connection
-
A device with a camera and microphone
Online therapy is suitable for most concerns and allows therapeutic work to progress consistently and safely.
Areas of Support
We work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families.
Support commonly includes:
-
Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
-
Low mood and depression
-
Grief, loss, and life transitions
-
Relationship and family difficulties
-
Self-esteem, confidence, and identity concerns
-
Trauma and difficult past experiences
This list is not exhaustive. If you are unsure whether online therapy is appropriate for your situation, you are welcome to get in touch.
Fees, Insurance, Tax Relief
Some health insurance plans offer partial cover for counselling and psychotherapy. This may include providers such as Irish Life, Laya Healthcare, and VHI Healthcare, subject to individual policy terms. Receipts are issued for all sessions and may be submitted to insurers where applicable.
Psychotherapy may also qualify as a medical expense for tax relief, depending on individual circumstances. Receipts can be included in your annual tax return in line with Revenue Commissioners guidelines.
